Yachts
Auckland has long had a fine and successful history of building boats and ships.
Amongst them were some fine examples of racing yachts which competed in thrilling races on the Waitemata Harbour - long before the circuses of the overly-commercial America's Cup (or "Australian Plate" as some pundits termed it!).
